How long does it take to receive a license code? |
| Answer: |
If you are ordering a new license, receiving your license code takes only as long as it takes payment to be processed (almost instantly with credit card purchases). Your license code will be enclosed in the order receipt that is emailed to you (titled "Thanks for your purchase"). If you ordered an upgrade code, it takes a short while to verify your upgrade information and then we send you an upgrade license code within 1 business day. Normally we can send you your code within a few hours. |
