 What is Kagi and what do they do?
Answer:

Kagi is a payment processing service that has been operating since 1994. Kagi is used by more than 7,000 independent developers, and more than 1.3 million consumers have purchased products through Kagi.

NextForce Software uses Kagi to process payments and automatically email new customers their license codes.
 
Question:
 When I order one of your products what do I receive?
Answer:
 You receive a license code that you can enter into the software the code is for, removing the limitations that exist in the unlicensed version of that software. No physical items are shipped. It is important you provide a valid email address, as you will receive your license code by email.
 
Question:
 How long does it take to receive a license code?
Answer:

If you are ordering a new license, receiving your license code takes only as long as it takes payment to be processed (almost instantly with credit card purchases). Your license code will be enclosed in the order receipt that is emailed to you (titled "Thanks for your purchase").

If you ordered an upgrade code, it takes a short while to verify your upgrade information and then we send you an upgrade license code within 1 business day. Normally we can send you your code within a few hours.

 Can I pay by check, cash, money order, or purchase order?
Answer:

Yes. Kagi supports all of those payment methods and a variety of currencies. This page has instructions for paying by check, cash, or money order. This page has instructions for paying by purchase order

 Can I use an external hardware scroller with Presentation Prompter?
Answer:

Yes. You can use any input device to control Presentation Prompter as long as the device can be configured to simulate key presses (most of them can).

The Presentation Prompter 4 Help guide has more detailed information on doing this.
 
Question:
 Do you provide a hardware controller at this time?
Answer:

We do not bundle Presentation Prompter with any kind of hardware controller at this time. There are many devices with different features and prices you can obtain from most Mac retailers and mail order companies if you require one.

 What is the NextForce Software mailing list?
Answer:

The NextForce Software mailing list is where we let people interested in our software and development know what we're up to. It is a low volume opt-in only list without a regular mailing period.
